the location is like a song, a sweet melody near all the little cafes. the interior is a dream, with designs kissing the rich thai history. i savored the food in the restaurant, each bite a love letter to the palate.

Our room's service was occasionally a sleepy affair, often arriving late or only after a gentle nudge. the massage experience felt a little wanting. It lacked a certain ethereal spa ambience. sadly, the absence of a true massage table really impacts the overall experience, it is not great.

The noise was unbearable. The bridge right outside created constant loud sounds. the service in the restaurant was slow. My food arrived cold. i didn't want free drinks. I wanted hot food.

the location is convenient , close to the hop-on hop-off boat. there was a great variety at breakfast , it was also tasty.

The entire staff was great. They were accommodating, warm, friendly, and helpful. i booked two massages, and both were wonderful. the food was good. The buffet breakfast had a little of everything for everyone. the beautiful riva room with a river view balcony was great. it had views of the river, boats, and the lit bridge. the balcony had a couch and table and was surprisingly quiet. the whole package was great value.

It took at least 30 minutes via car to get anywhere. it was also quite inconvenient.
